Job Description

Role & responsibilitiesHostel Warden • Supervise the day-to-day operations of the hostel. • Ensure the safety and security of all residents. • Enforce hostel rules and regulations. • Manage hostel staff, including hiring, training, and performance reviews. • Resolve conflicts and address concerns raised by residents. • Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of the hostel premises. • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to hostel activities. • Coordinate with external vendors for hostel supplies and services. • Organize hostel events and activities to promote community engagement. • Handle emergencies and crisis situations effectively. Preferred candidate profile • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. • Prior experience in hostel or dormitory management is preferred. • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. • Excellent organizational and administrative abilities. • Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve conflicts amicably. • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Sound judgment and decision-making capabilities. • Basic knowledge of health and safety regulations.
