treatment plan. This event was inaugurated on 27th February 2009 by then Honourable Governor
Of Tamilnadu Shri.Surjit Singh Barnala and Shri.Ansari the Chairman and Managing Director of
Neyveli Lignite Corporation.
As a forerunner in the state of Tamilnadu, the Positron Emission Tomography/Computer
Tomography (PET/CT) was deployed by Dr.Kamakshi Memorial Hospital in ADYAR Cancer Institute
inaugurated by the then finance minister of the state honourable Thiru. Professor. K.
Anbazhagan. In parallel, the first renal transplant surgery was performed successfully
during May 2008.

Dedication and relentless hard work had taken its shape

servicing for the patients with cancer ailments was conceived by Dr.T.G.Govindarajan
(Founder, Chairman and Managing Director) during October 2001, while he lost his beloved
