The Department of Paediatrics & Neonatology is an independent Specialised Block in Dr.KMH with 50 beds with State of the Art 24/7 Paediatric Emergency, PICU and NICU ( Level III ).As it is well known, survival of Preterm & Extreme low birth babies has improved vastly over the last few decades with rapid advances in technology and neonatal care. Here, at Dr.KMH, we deliver scientific protocol based risk stratification and follow up program for the NICU graduate babies.

It is here that Early Screening & Intervention is important so that developmental disabilities are identified early and addressed which serves to enhance the child's learning and development, minimise developmental delays and result in positive outcomes in school and social life.
