Job Description

Role & responsibilities IT Support Engineer • Address user tickets regarding hardware, software and networking • Installing and maintain hardware and computer peripherals. • Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions • Conduct remote troubleshooting • Customize desktop applications to meet user needs • Record technical issues and solutions in logs • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel • Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are functional • Help create technical documentation and manuals • Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software • Troubleshooting networking and connection issues • Any other work assigned by the Management from time to time Preferred candidate profile Qual: BCA/Bsc Comp Science.
