Key Responsibilities 1. Financial Transactions & Record Keeping Maintain accurate books of accounts and financial records. Record and verify daily financial transactions, receipts, and payments. Prepare and process invoices, vouchers, and journal entries. 2. Billing & Reconciliation Perform bank reconciliations and cash verification regularly. Reconcile patient billing, insurance payments, and vendor payments. Monitor outstanding payments and follow up when necessary. 3. Statutory Compliance Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory filings as per regulations. Ensure compliance with financial policies and internal controls. 4. Financial Reporting Prepare monthly financial statements and reports. Support management in budget preparation and financial analysis. 5. Coordination & Documentation Coordinate with billing, pharmacy, stores, and administration departments regarding financial records. Maintain proper documentation for audits and financial reviews. 6. Audit Support Assist during internal and external audits by providing required financial documents and reports.
