I have more than 45 years of experience in the field of Neurology, with specialized neurological training at the Institute of Neurology, Rajiv Gandhi Government General Hospital, Chennai. Over the course of my career, I have served in various capacities with the Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), the World Health Organization (WHO), and Saveetha Medical College, Chennai. Currently, I serve as Senior Consultant Neurologist and Head of the Department at Dr. Kamakshi Memorial Hospital, Pallikaranai, Chennai. My areas of special interest include the diagnosis and management of peripheral neuropathies and Parkinson’s disease, with a particular emphasis on providing comprehensive guidance and support to patients and their caregivers and neuro rehap. I have authored and co-authored more than 100 research publications in national and international peer-reviewed high-impact journals. My extensive clinical, research, and academic experience has contributed to the advancement of neurological care, research, and professional training.
